  1. Tell me a bit about Lomandi brake pads:

    Lomandi was founded in 1995 in Burnaby, BC and have exclusively imported their kevlar metallic brake pads since. For more information please visit our product information page .

  2. What warranty do you offer?

    Please let us know if there is ever a problem with your purchase. If notified within 28 days, we provide a full refund of the purchase price. After the 28 day period you will be charged a restocking fee for any returns. For full details please see our shipping and returns policy . Our products are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All of our replacement parts are backed by a minimum 12-month / 20,000kms (12,000 miles) warranty for manufacturer's defects.

  3. When can I expect my brake pads to be delivered?

    It is our goal to have your order delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the day of purchase. All of our orders are currently being shipped by Canada Post using their ExpressPost service. 

  4. Are you going to offer ceramic brake pads?

    We are looking forward to offering ceramics in the coming year. Our team is currently reviewing the quality of the new product line and ensuring that is meets our high expectations before offering it for sale.     Please email us and we will provide you with specific details on how to return your order. We offer a full refund if notified within 28 days of receipt of your order.
