Shipping Returns Policy

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your order or you have placed a wrong order then we want to help you. If notified (written notice, or phoned into our customer care centre) within 28 days we will take back the item free of charge (we pay for the shipping). After 28 days there will be a flat rate charge of $10.00 CAN. To return your purchase please email returns@discbrakepads.net and provide your name, order number and a representative will email you back with further instructions.

Parts must be in original packaging and not damaged.

We will provide you with the shipping label and instructions on how to ship it back to us.

Each returned product is inspected by our warehouse staff. This happens within 48 hours of receipt; once your order is confirmed back safe and in original condition we will apply a credit back to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days. Be aware that these times can change depending on your credit card provider.

Products that have been returned and are damaged, covered with oil or grease are not subject to a refund. If the parts have been installed and/or used and cannot be used again we will not provide a refund. DiscBrakePads.net will not reimburse labour charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will DiscBrakePads.net reimburse for any damages incurred during installation or use of product.

Additional Shipping Information

Within Canada:

All shipments within Canada will be done so through Canada Post not unless specified by the purchaser at the point of sale. Disc Brake Pads cannot guarantee the accuracy of shipping times from a third party supplier (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS etc).

Disc Brake Pads recommends you insure all of your shipments as we are not liable for any damage that is incurred in the shipping process. Disc Brake Pads will ensure that when a shipment leaves our warehouse that the product is correct, not damaged in anyway shape or form. If you would like more information about shipping large quantities of Kevlar Metallic brake pads please email sales@discbrakepads.net.

Parts Warranty

All of our Replacement Parts are backed by a minimum 12-month / 20,000kms (12,000 miles) warranty for manufacturer's defects.

We can either exchange your product for a new one or credit back your card during this warranty period. Please keep in mind that we cannot credit your card or send a replacement product until the manufacturer approves the returned item for exchange or reimbursement.
